Returns & Refunds Policy

At Kirpa Outlet, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may be able to return it in accordance with the terms below.

1. 30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Be in its original condition.
Be unused and undamaged, where applicable.
Include all original accessories, components, and items supplied with the order.
Be securely packaged to prevent damage during return delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or make an appropriate deduction from the refund where an item has been damaged, used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it, or is missing parts or accessories.

2. Change-of-Mind Returns

If you have changed your mind about your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving the item.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, unless otherwise stated or required by law.

The item must be returned in a condition that allows us to resell it. If the value of the item has been reduced because it has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functionality, we may make an appropriate deduction from the refund where permitted by law.

3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may ask you to provide photographs or other information to help us investigate the problem.

Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, we may offer:

A replacement.
A repair, where appropriate.
A full or partial refund.
A return for a refund.

Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, we will cover reasonable return postage costs where required.

4. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us with:

Your order number.
The name of the item.
The reason for the return.
Photographs of the item, if it is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Please wait for our return instructions before sending an item back.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund where applicable.

Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method used to place the order.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund and for the funds to appear in your account.

Where applicable, the original standard delivery charge will be refunded in accordance with your statutory rights. Any additional delivery charge paid for an upgraded delivery service may not be refundable.

6. Exclusions

Certain items may not be eligible for return where permitted by law, including items that:

Have been damaged after delivery through misuse or improper handling.
Have been altered or modified.
Are returned incomplete or missing accessories.
Cannot be returned for hygiene or other legal reasons once unsealed, where applicable.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
